DECLARATION OF FAITH
What is an Evangelistic Celebration?
GOD
We believe in one God, Creator and Sustainer of the universe, who is manifested eternally in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are One in being, essence, and power.
THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, his sinless life, his redemptive death, his bodily resurrection, his present exaltation at the Father's right hand, and in the "blessed hope" of his personal return in power and glory.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit, who convicts human beings of their need of salvation through Christ, who dwells in the believers, and who equips and empowers them to live holy lives of service in the discipline of the nations.
THE CHURCH
We believe that the Church is comprised of all true believers, is united spiritually and manifested visibly in local congregations, whose mission is the spiritual development of the believers and the proclamation of the Gospel in the world.
THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible to be the divinely inspired and authoritative Word of God, the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
THE HUMAN CONDITION
We believe that every human being has sinned, is guilty before God, and is under eternal condemnation.
SALVATION
We believe that God, through the death and resurrection of his Son Jesus Christ, has provided an atonement for sin and that, through repentance and saving faith in Christ, a person may by grace be delivered from the judgment of God, and be born again into life eternal.
FINAL DESTINY
We believe in the resurrection of the body, the everlasting punishment of unbelievers, and the eternal blessedness of believers in the presence of Christ.

Plan of Salvation
Being a Christian is not having a religion. To be a Christian is to have Christ govern your heart.
The first step we must take is to recognize that we have lived apart from God. This has led us to do things that offend God.
We have to ask for forgiveness! When Christ died on the cross, He provided everything we need. "Not by works, lest anyone should boast," says the Bible. Nor is it by religion or a church. Neither can save.
Salvation is by God's grace. Our only merit is death. But "God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life," says the Bible.
-
Confess your sins to Christ.
-
Ask His forgiveness.
-
Invite him to take control of your life.
-
He begins to follow him as a disciple. This includes: Read the Bible daily. Pray, talk daily with Him. Visit a congregation where you are sure that they only follow the Bible, the Word of God.
